Job description
Agro Wealth needs an experienced Farm Manager to run daily operations, lead field teams, and keep regenerative practice on partner farms. Productivity, compliance, and grower success on U.S. acres.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, harvest, and post-harvest activities
- Lead and mentor field teams across multiple partner sites in the region
- Implement regenerative and climate-smart practices aligned with Agro Wealth standards
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and yield performance against program targets
- Coordinate with agronomists, supply-chain, and certification teams on integrated solutions
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and seasonal planning documents
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across all managed operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Farm Business Management
- 5+ years managing commercial or cooperative farm operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with diverse field teams
- Experience with regenerative agriculture and sustainable crop systems
- Proficiency in farm planning, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Familiarity with Agro Wealth platform tools or farm management software is a plus
